1. Ownership
The source code, object code, build scripts, configuration, design assets, documentation, and any related materials that comprise the App (collectively, the "Source Code") are the exclusive intellectual property of Churrie Works Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Copyright © 2025–2026 Churrie Works Inc. All rights reserved.
2. Distribution model
The App is distributed exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace as a managed Atlassian Forge application. Customers install and use the App as a hosted service on Atlassian Cloud; the Source Code itself is not distributed to customers, end users, or any third party.
The Source Code is shared with Atlassian Pty Ltd ("Atlassian") solely as required by the Atlassian Forge platform to deploy and operate the App on Atlassian Cloud, under the Atlassian Developer Terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement.
3. License grant
The Source Code is proprietary and confidential. No license — express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise — is granted to any party to:
- access, view, copy, or download the Source Code;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Source Code;
- distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Source Code;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the Source Code from any compiled or deployed form of the App, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction;
- remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Source Code.
4. Permitted use of the App (separate from Source Code)
Customer use of the deployed App (as installed from the Atlassian Marketplace) is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the App's End User License Agreement, not by this Source Code License. Nothing in this Source Code License restricts a customer's right to use the App as licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace.
5. Open source components
The App may incorporate open source components. Each such component remains licensed under its own open source license, and nothing in this Source Code License is intended to restrict any rights granted to you under those licenses. A list of third-party open source components and their licenses is available on request from the contact below.
6. No warranty for the Source Code
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Source Code (to the extent any party comes into possession of it) is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Warranty terms applicable to the deployed App, if any, are addressed in the App's End User License Agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Churrie Works Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Source Code or this Source Code License, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Source Code automatically terminates any rights that may have been granted (whether by Churrie Works Inc., Atlassian, or otherwise) and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
9. Governing law
This Source Code License is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Source Code License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
