Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Churrie Works Inc (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use Right Week. Right Week is a local daily planner. There is no account and no Right Week server that stores your plan.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not require a name, email, or password to use the app. We do not run an analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK. We do not sell data. We do not share your plan with other companies. We do not write events back to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
2. Information that stays on your iPhone
The plan you create — destinations, paths, stepping stones, hours, tasks, and settings — is stored on your device (app storage and, for widgets, the Right Week App Group on that same iPhone).
If you choose to use optional features, the app may also read:
- Calendars already on the iPhone. Other calendars (Apple/iCloud, Google, or Outlook if they are already enabled in iPhone Settings) can be read so those hours can appear on Today. We only read. We never create, edit, or delete events on those calendars.
- Camera or photo library. Only if you photograph or pick a picture of a paper calendar. The image is used on the device to help you turn those hours into blocks.
- Notifications. Reminders you set stay on the device. We do not operate a push-notification server for Right Week.
- Siri. The App Shortcut “Put this event on my Right Week calendar” opens the app on your iPhone. Spoken details are handled by Apple’s Siri on the device; Right Week does not send that speech to a Churrie Works server.
iOS permission prompts control calendar, camera, and photos. You can revoke those permissions in iPhone Settings. Deleting the app deletes the local plan.
3. Information you send us on purpose
If you email stevenkkeck@churrieworks.com for help or feedback, we receive whatever you put in that message (usually your email address and the text you wrote). We use it only to reply and to improve the product. We do not add you to a marketing list.
4. This page
This privacy page is a static document. It does not use cookies, and it does not collect visitor analytics. If you later open it from a site that uses its own cookies (for example a host’s default logging), that host’s policy applies to the visit, not to the Right Week app.
5. Children
Right Week is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Right Week after a posted change means you accept the revised policy.
