One-way live sync that replicates create, update and delete/trash events for pages, blog posts, attachments, comments and labels between Confluence Data Center instances; you control how the exported JSON payload is delivered.
Confluence PageSync DC provides a lightweight, production-ready solution to keep content in sync between Confluence Data Center instances. PageSync captures content events (creates, updates and trash/deletes) for pages, blog posts, attachments, comments and labels, and emits a compact JSON payload for each event. You remain in control of the transport: PageSync exports the JSON/Zip payload(s) to an endpoint you create, and your operations team determines how that payload is securely transferred to the receiving instance for import and apply. This design keeps the plugin simple, easy to audit, and adaptable to enterprise networking policies (air-gapped, restricted outbound, SFTP, message queues, etc.).
Key benefits
- Fast onboarding: minimal configuration; works with Confluence built-in storage and APIs.
- Works with Classifier for Confluence to leverage your classification system to control or restrict data egress.
- User/Group restrictions: You can target specific group(s) and/or user(s) who you want to prohibit syncing no matter where they create or edit pages.
- You can sync with one to many different confluence instances. The space and page can control which instances they sync with.
- Sync enabled at a space level and then you have further page level control. A page can opt out of being synced while all the other pages in the space are enabled.
- Enterprise-friendly: you control the transport; suitable for air-gapped or restricted networks.
- Accurate replication: supports creates, updates and trash events for pages, blog posts, comments and attachments, and preserves labels.
