Get started with Churrie Page Management and Sync

Install from the Atlassian Marketplace (Confluence Data Center). Open admin at Confluence Admin → Churrie Page Management and Sync or navigate to /plugins/servlet/sync-admin.

Workflow-only setup

  1. Open the Churrie Workflow tab in admin.
  2. Enable workflow for a space and load/save its template.
  3. Add reviewers (users or groups validated against space membership).
  4. Set quorum (all, any one, or majority) and reject re-review policy.
  5. Configure publish targets — Confluence space keys and/or sync destination names.
  6. On a page, use the Churrie Workflow byline pill to submit for review.

Track progress in Space Tools → Churrie WorkFlow Reports (Awaiting Completion, Completed Approvals, Audit).

Sync-only setup

  1. Open Destinations — add a named target (URL, auth, conflict policy).
  2. Run Test connection & deliver before go-live.
  3. Open Space Authorization — map origin space → destination space → destination instance; enable per route.
  4. On first authorization, run Full Sync to bulk-load existing pages, blogs, comments, and attachments.
  5. Authors use the Churrie Sync byline pill to opt pages in or out per destination.

Combined workflow + sync

  • Enable Block outbound sync while locked (default) so draft/review content does not leak
  • On Publish, push approved content to configured publish spaces and sync destinations in one action
  • Optional: restrict sync with classification rules before content crosses a boundary
