Help for the RightWeek iPhone app.

RightWeek is a local daily planner for iPhone. If something is unclear, broken, or you have an idea, email us — a person reads it.

Contact

Email customerService@churrieworks.com with “RightWeek” in the subject when you can.

Common questions

Do I need an account? Where is my plan stored?

No account. Destinations, paths, hours, and tasks stay on your iPhone (and in the RightWeek App Group for widgets on that same phone). There is no RightWeek server that holds your week. Deleting the app deletes the local plan.

Will RightWeek change my Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar?

No. If you turn on Other calendars, RightWeek only reads events from calendars already enabled in iPhone Settings so those hours can show on Today. It never creates, edits, or deletes events on those calendars. Meetings you add in RightWeek stay in RightWeek.

Why don’t my other calendar meetings show on Today?

First confirm those calendars are switched on in iPhone Settings → Calendar (or the Google / Outlook account settings). Then in RightWeek open Settings → Integrations / Other calendars, allow Calendar access when iOS asks, and turn the feature on. Only calendars enabled on that iPhone are available to read.
