Team capacity for leads

The problem

  • Leads can’t see who’s overloaded until delivery slips.
  • OOO is tribal knowledge.

How Cadence solves it

  • Both Team tab — weekly estimate hours vs capacity, IN/OUT from OOO
  • Advanced Capacity chips on week/month — due-issue counts, estimate hours, overload flags

How to use it

  1. Be in the Team Leads group and assigned as lead on a Cadence team.
  2. Open Team — scan hours and free capacity.
  3. Open a member’s calendar from the report when something looks heavy.
  4. Advanced On Calendar week/month, read capacity chips next to each day.
