Is Cadence a timesheet?
No. Schedule in Cadence; log hours in WorkPulse.
Do I need Confluence?
Not for the calendar. Yes for meeting notes pages or the embed macro.
What does admin configure?
Mainly the Team Leads group, team names, and who leads. Rosters are managed by leads in Cadence → Team. Install & admin.
How does WorkPulse sync work?
Cadence writes to a Jira issue property on your hub issue; WorkPulse reads it. No cross-app HTTP.
Google / Outlook sync?
ICS export ships today. Google one-way / two-way are on the roadmap (not shipped).
