How it works

  • Lead or admin sets the default on-call person per week
  • Teammate requests a day or week handoff to someone else
  • Cover person accepts → lead approves → roster updates
  • Team calendar shows on-call alongside leave

Enable on-call for a team

  1. Settings → Teams → edit the team
  2. Turn on On-call for that team
  3. Open On-call in the app and assign upcoming weeks
