Today

The Today tab is personal — your schedule, issues, and nudges for the day. Typical sections:

• Today’s events — including Focus blocks you can open from the list
• Due soon issues — window of days is adjustable
• Reminders — “Remind me to…” items you set on events
• Needs RSVP — Accept, Maybe (tentative), or Decline

Team

The Team tab shows weekly estimate hours — original estimate (hours) on tickets due this week, not story points. Cadence keeps available time visible; WorkPulse still owns actuals when you log time.

• Overload vs free capacity is easy to scan (overload highlighted; free capacity called out)
• Leads manage a roster; open a person on the calendar from the team view
• Cadence Team Leads group is managed under Apps → Cadence admin (can reuse a WorkPulse lead group when WorkPulse is installed)

Settings worth setting early

• Week display — how the work week is laid out
• Calendars — JQL, sharing, date field
• WorkPulse sync — hub issue so meetings and Big Rocks / Focus flow to WorkPulse
• Meeting notes (Confluence) — space key (click Save — typing alone does not persist)
