Feature summary

The Hub displays a list of conversations cards. But each conversation has a lot of rich features to facilitate the conversation and help move the project to resolution.

How to use it

  1. Discover Conversation hubs easily through the Your apps link in the left side menu.

  2. After clicking on a hub, you'll bring up the list of conversations hosted in that hub.

  3. To access the Conversation, not the confluence page, click anywhere that is not a link. The links are: Status, Goto Page, Show More, Like, or Copy ID

When you do, it will look like this: *Note, We deliberately used an image showcasing what happens when you don't save the Confluence page created upon creation of the New conversation. If you find your self with that message, and you want the conversation to have a confluence page, click the Create page button.

  4. Remember, the Jira and Signals features are where Converse transforms into a heavy lift workplace transformation engine.

  5. If you want to reply, scroll down to where the reply section is in the card. It defaults to the bottom of the card, but in settings, you can choose to have it on the right panel, like the screen shot below.

  6. We employ a mirroring technique that posts replies to the conversation page in a conversation hub page. The columns in that table are: Author, Timestamp, Content
