Yes, most conversations are questions in one or different forms, but sometimes you have specific questions that need to be highlighted either because their answers are fundamental to understanding the project, or point to key pieces of the puzzle that need more work to solve. In other words, they need more attention focused on them.
Use this signal so those new important questions don't get lost in long conversations.
Before you begin
have an existing conversation created
Have it open and ready to fill out the form
Steps
Fill out the common fields for all the signals
Use the "What needs discussion" to record the question.
Now that you defined the question, you can decide to 1) create a Jira ticket about save, and/or 2) create a new conversation based on this question.
