How to create the signal, leverage its link to Conversation Hub and to Jira.
Before you begin
have an existing conversation created
Have it open and ready to fill out the form.
Just a reminder, you can create a new signal from within a reply, or through the Signals card
Steps
Select Risk / blocker as the type
Identify the Risk, who can resolve or minimize it, and identify actions to take.
Decide to create a new Jira ticket upon save
Decide if this needs its own conversation. (recommended)
