    • Create a jira ticket directly from the conversation

      • If the conversation sparks a new direction and needs its own topic related to that ticket, you can create a new conversation in the form.

    • Link the conversation to an existing Jira ticket

    • Provides status of the ticket in the card.

    • Create a new conversation from the ticket if not linked to one.
